Epoxy and Polyurea Concrete Repair Products - Concrete Joint Sealant Products
The goal of every TK repair product is the highest quality work within the minimum amount of time. TK Epoxy Bridge Deck Overlay accomplishes these goals. Mixed on site for immediate use, this quick-drying coating contains no volatile solvents. Once the surface has been steel-shot, application of overlay and skid-preventing aggregate can be done on a lane-by-lane basis. TK recognizes that, although drivers temporarily shut out of a parking garage under repair may have alternatives, bridge travelers may be using the single route from here to there. TK products are formulated to get the work done while the traffic keeps rolling, often within hours of repair work.
Keeping bridges and structures like parking decks functioning for constant usage puts high demands on both materials and repair crews. Often exposed to weather extremes and high concentrations of traffic, bridge decks are also vulnerable to a truck and other heavyweight vehicle traffic, vibration, oil and chemical leaks, heavy use of road salts and uninterrupted UV exposure. Depending on their location, abrasive winds, temperature extremes, intense dryness or humidity, snow and ice storms and ocean salt spray complete the assault list. TK’s stellar assortment of crack-repair and sealer products employs a broad range of strategies and chemical formulae, letting you meet local environmental standards and site conditions while getting repair results that are quick, durable and long-lasting repair cracks in concrete
Resealing a bridge or parking deck or repairing cracks in poured concrete is like trying to change a baby on the bus: even those who completely understand the necessity of your work wish you could do the job anywhere but there. Like babies, these heavy-traffic structures all manifest their own unique combination of issues and concerns. TK, therefore, offers a full spectrum of specialized products that address multiple problems in a single substance. Epoxy overlays, sealers, and concrete joint sealant products formulas are designed to let traffic resume often within hours of successful repair.
