A low viscosity, breathable, deep penetrating water repellent for concrete bridge decks and parking structures. Through the process of hydrolysis, TK-TRI-SILOXANE 290 BDS chemically bonds with the surface to form a protective barrier that is far superior to traditional penetrating water repellents.

TK-FINAL SEAL

A low viscosity, breathable, deep penetrating water repellent for concrete and masonry. Due to its unique formulation, TK- FINAL SEAL may be applied as a final sealer to concrete that was previously coated with a cure and seal compound. FINAL SEAL re-solvates the cure and seal resin, penetrating into the surface and sealing it off from water and harmful deicers.
