AS-1 ACHRO SEAL 1315 OTC is a 25% solids solvent based, clear, high quality acrylic and methyl methacrylate resin curing, sealing and hardening compound for freshly placed and/or existing concrete, terrazzo, brick, stone, architectural concrete and other cementitious materials for exterior applications only. AS-1 1315 OTC with its high-quality resin, gives it moisture retention that far exceeds any other. BRIGHT SEAL OTC is a blend of 100% methyl methacrylate polymers used as a superior, exposed aggregate cure, and final sealer and protective coating. Bright Seal is an excellent sealer for architectural concrete, terrazzo, brick, stone, slate, quarry tile, burnish block, or any cementitious material where yellowing or discoloration cannot be allowed. The coating is clear and does not yellow, nor degrade, with age or exposure to ultraviolet rays. BRIGHT SEAL OTC CCS a concrete colored pigment is added to cover blemishes. TK TRI-SEAL is a 100% water based, high solids, premiere acrylic resin compound formulated to cure, seal, protect and dustproof concrete as well as to seal many types of porous tile and resilient floor. TRI-SEAL is designed for both interior and exterior application; however, it is particularly recommended for indoor work in public buildings and housing (hospitals, schools, restaurants and private residences where solvent systems are difficult to use). The resin used in TRI-SEAL will resist softening better than any other resin on the market when water puddles on it. Also available is TK TRI-SEAL CCS a concrete colored pigment is added to cover blemishes. TRI-SEAL CCS needs the surface to be opened up for good adhesion. Read label or Spec Data sheet before using.

- Dissipating Hydrocarbon Resin
TK-2519 DC WB is a 100% Resin Water/Solvent Emulsion Base Dissipating Curing Compound. It's designed use in for curing freshly placed concrete surfaces, allowing the concrete to achieve maximum hardness and density by restricting the evaporation of available moisture within the mix. It can be used on both vertical and horizontal surfaces, interior and exterior, i.e. sidewalks, floors, walls, curbs and gutters, or wherever proper concrete curing is desired. TK-2519 DC WB is designed to not have a tenacious bond to the substrate for easier removal. TK-2519 DC WB chemically becomes very brittle after 28 days, average construction traffic will wear it off. Areas where there is little traffic a power sweeper with stiff bristle brushes, or a buffer with a coarse 3M pad will take it off. This process leaves the concrete surface suitable for subsequent coating of liquid floor hardeners, penetrating sealers (silanes), epoxies, and cementitious toppings.
