TK-2102 AIRMAX NP RUBBERIZED AIR BARRIER is a high-performance, rubberized polymer formulation. TK-2102 AIRMAX NP provides an effective barrier against air leakage and vapor diffusion and provides a water-resistive barrier in above-grade wall assemblies. Its intended use is for commercial cavity walls. TK-2102 AIRMAX NP sprayed onto masonry; poured, precast walls; or dens-glas along with a self-adhering air-barrier and flashing membrane around windows and doors and over control joint and pipe and conduit extrusions through the wall, make up a comprehensive system to protect any exterior envelope. The flashing membrane may be installed first or after TK-2102 is sprayed to the wall. Flashing membranes adhere well to TK-2102. Expanding foam can be used to fill conduit and pipe extrusions through the wall, then sprayed or brushed over with TK-2102.

AirMax VP Air Barrier exhibits excellent resistance to air leakage. It has excellent elongation and recovery properties. It prohibits liquid water intrusion into the substrate. It is intended for use on both residential and commercial cavity walls.

Typical applications include single wythe walls, masonry walls, masonry cavity walls, poured walls, precast walls and exterior grade gypsum sheeting. TK-AIRMAX 2101 NON-PERMEABLE AIR BARRIER serves as an impermeable barrier coat and is UV resistant for 24 months.
